Step 1

Process 1 c parsley, 1 c cilantro, 1 chopped shallot, 1 seeded jalapeno and 4 garlic cloves. Spoon into bowl and stir in 1 c Italian vinaigrette dressing made with EVOO and 1/4 c lime juice. Serve with beef, pork, chicken or fish.
