mushrooms
butter
chicken pieced
olive oil
onion
green pepper
garlic
lg can lg can diced tomatoes
red wine
bay leaf
oregano, basil
cayenne
fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Sautee mushrooms in butter to add to dish at the end. Brown chicken; remove. Sautee veggies. Add all but parsley and simmer chicken. Top with parsley.
