Oatmeal Muffins

Moist, tasty muffins. Mom always made these when she served spaghetti and they were always a hit!

Ingredients

• 1 cup quick oats
• 1 cup buttermilk or sour milk
• 1/3 cup oil
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt

Mix ingredients together, pour into greased muffin tins and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
