Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground stew meat
- 1/4 cup olive or salad oil
- 1 cup chopped green onions (2 bunches)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 green bell peppers chopped
- 2 1/2 cups canned tomatoes (no 2 can)
- 2 cups canned whole kernel corn (drained)
- 1 can cream corn (small)
- 1 can peas (drained) (small)
- 1 Tbs salt
- 1 Tbs chili powder
- few drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 Tbs pepper
- 1/2 cup corn meal
- 1 Tbs chili sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 can pitted black olives (drained)
- Topping
- 1 1/2 cup milk (can be increased)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbs butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup corn meal (can be increased)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat in oil,add onions,garlic,and green peppers. Cook and stir until veggies are wilted. Stir in corn, tomatoes, peas, chili sauce, chili powder, Tabasco, salt & pepper...... simmer about 5 minutes. Mix corn meal and water into mixture. Cover and cook slowly about 10 min. Stir in olives. Pour into large pan. Cover with topping mixture. Bake in oven 375 degree about 20 minutes.
Topping
Heat milk,salt and butter together.
Slowly stir in corn meal...cook until thickened.
Remove from heat...stir in cheese and lightly beaten eggs.
