Cheesy Beef-Corn Chip Skillet

In this easy, cheesy skillet, ground beef is flavoured with onions and taco seasoning mix, then topped with corn chips, VELVEETA, lettuce and tomatoes before serving

Ingredients
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 pkg. (35 g) 30%-less-sodium taco seasoning mix
- 2 cups corn chips
- 1/2 pkg. (125 g) Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, chopped

Step 1
Brown meat with onions in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Add water and seasoning mix; cook as directed on package.
Top with chips and Velveeta; cover. Cook on low heat 5 min. or until Velveeta is melted.
Cover with lettuce and tomatoes.
