Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup romano cheese
  • 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup ricotta cheese

Step 1

1 Scramble the hamburger meat until done. 2 Add all the dry seasonings and gently heat for a few minutes. 3 Heat until you get a nice aroma of all the herbs. 4 Remove from heat and cool. 5 Mix all of the cheeses into the meat. 6 It should be a dry dense mixture that will hold together when you form a ball. 7 Use a tablespoon or teaspoon for the filling of each ravioli. 8 If you don't want to make the pasta dough yourself, you can always use the wonton wrappers. 9 They work well. 10 Once the ravioli have been assembled they only need to cook a few minutes.
