- 2 C. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 C. margarine, melted
- 1 C. marscapone cheese
- 1/2 C. heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp. honey
- 3 cup raspberries, mashed

Directions
Mix graham crackers and margarine in small bowl. Spray cupcake tin with cooking spray. Line each cup with wax paper. Press crust mixture in each cup. Chill in fridge while preparing raspberry filling. In a small bowl, whip heavy cream. Add marscapone and mix well. Fold in honey and raspberries. Spoon raspberry mixture in each cup. Garnish with raspberries. Place back in fridge for at least 2 hours.
