  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
