Ingredients
- 3/4 C crushed saltines (abt 20 crackers)
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp peppr
- 1/8 - 1/4 tsp rubbed sage
- 3 TBL dijon mustard
- 4 port rib chops (7 oz each), 1/2" thick
- 1/4 C vegie oil

Step 1
in sm bowl,combine cracker crumbs, thyme
pepper & sage
spread mustard on both sides of pork
chops
coat w/ crumb mixture
in lg skillet, cook pork chops in oil
over med high heat for 4-5 min on
each side or until golden brown &
juices run clear
