Ingredients
- 4 turkey breast tenderloins
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup low fat Italian salad dressing
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 medium onion, cut into eighths
- 1 1/2 (14.5-oz.) cans low sodium chicken broth, divided
- 1 1/2 cups instant brown rice
- 4 ounces low fat cream cheese, softened

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a casserole dish. Season turkey with sage and salt and pepper to taste; place in casserole dish; top with baby carrots and onion. In a large mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over turkey. Cover dish with aluminum foil wrap and bake for about 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes or until turkey is cooked through, rice and veggies are tender and top is golden brown. (Add water as needed to keep rice from becoming too dry.)
SERVING SUGGESTION: Steamed broccoli and cauliflower florets.
