- 1/2 cup cooked wild rice
- 1 cup kale, chopped
- 1/2 cup cauliflower pieces
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 oz crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
