- 3/4 Cup buckwheat flour
- 3/4 Cup gluten-free all purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 1 1/2 Cups milk
- 2 Egg whites
- 1/4 Cup butter, melted

Step 1
1. In a large bowl combine buckwheat flour, all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Slowly pour milk, egg whites, and melted butter into flour mixture. Stir together until smooth.
2. Lightly oil a griddle or skillet and place over medium heat. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto hot griddle. Cook until done in center and brown, turning to brown on both sides.
