- 4 pasteurized egg yolks
- 400 ml of whole milk
- 2 tbsp of golden syrup
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup of sugar

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until it has a creamy texture and the yellow color is almost white. Then add the syrup and stir. In with the milk and get the cocoa powder in using a strainer. When everything is mixed well and there are no lumps in the mixture of cocoa it is ready. In the icemaker and stir until it is delicious creamy. It should have an hour in my machine. Come if necessary the gelato in a pot and put in the freezer for an hour. Ready to serve – a delicious gelato!
