Ingredients
- 1 lg. egg
- juice of one lemon
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/3 C chopped basil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 TBL chopped green onions
- salt
- black pepper
- 1 C olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
in food processor, combine all ingred.
together, except olive oil
puree mix. for 15 min
while processor is running, slowly
stream in olive oil
when all oil is incorporated, turn off &
scrape down sides of bowl
continue processing until may is thick
season w/ S & P
remove mayo & refrig for 30 min before
use
