Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1.2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup butter
- 6 cups cornflakes1 1/2 cups mixed nuts (I use spanish peanuts)
- 1/2 cup coconut (optional)
- flaked salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Line cookie sheet with foil and spray with Pam.
Combine sugar, corn syrup and butter. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until it begins to boil.
Immediately stir into cornflakes and nuts.
Spread in pan - bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with salt.
Cool and break into pieces.
