Ingredients
- 1 pound processed cheese, cubed
- 1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 can 8 oz whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 can 15 oz kidney beans undrained
- 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chillies undrained
- 1 can stewed tomatoes undrained
- 1 envelope taco seasoning

Step 1
Coat crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Combine cheese, beef, corn, beans, jalapeno, tomatoes with chillies and stewed tomatoes. Cover; cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high for 3 hours or until done.
