Ingredients

  • 1 9-oz box barilla no-boil lasagna
  • noodles
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (15-oz) container ricotta cheese
  • 4 C shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 LB grd beef, browned
  • 2 (27-oz) jars spaghetti sauce
  • garlic to taste
  • parsley to garnish

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 375

brown beef & garlic

in bowl, combine beaten egg, ricotta
cheese & 2 C of mozzarella cheese
& parmesan

set aside

in 12x9x3" pan, spread 1 C sauce on
bottom of pan

layer in order:
4 uncooked lasagna noodles (overlap)
1/3 part of ricotta cheese mix
half browned meat & garlic
1 C mozzarella cheese
1 C spaghetti sauce

next layer:
4 uncooked lasagna noodles
1/3 part of ricotta cheese mixture
1 1/2 C sauce

next layer:
4 uncooked lasagna noodles
remaining mixture
remaining meat
1 C sauce

for top layer:
4 uncooked lasagna noodles
remaining sauce
remaining 1 C mozarella

bake covered w/ foil for 50-60 min

uncover & continue cooking until all
cheese is melted on top (abt.5 min)
let stand 15 min before serving
