Peanut Butter Cereal Pops

Ingredients

• 3 T butter
• 1 10 oz. pkg. marshmallows or 4 c of miniature marshmallows
• 4 c crisp rice cereal
• 2 c sweetened cereal
• 1-1/2 c hard-shell peanut butter candies
• 8 popsicle sticks
• 2 c semisweet chocolate chips
• 1 T vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from heat.
Add in crisp rice cereal and sweetened cereal. Sir until well coated.
Fold in peanut butter candies. Spoon mixture into bowl covered in cooking spray. using buttered hands, form mixture into 8 balls and place on waxed paper and let cool completely.
Insert a popsicle stick into each ball.
In a small bowl, combine chocolate chips and oil. Microwave on high for 1-11/2 mins, stirring every 30 seconds.
Dip each ball into the chocolate and place on waxed paper lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until chocolate sets.
