Ingredients
- Apple Coleslaw
- 3 cups thinly chopped cabbage
- 3 radishes, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- creamy mustard dressing
- 1/4 ~1/3 cup tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 ~1/3 cup sugar
- salt and pepper
- 1 .Combine all the ingredients well.

Preparation
Step 1
When I work out in the morning, it not only makes me feel good but also makes me want to eat well throughout the day.
Well, the main ingredient is cabbage, but I added an apple, radishes, and celery. These all give great flavors and textures.
And no mayo in this coleslaw or any coleslaw I now make.
Since I learned that Terry does not care for mayo based salad, I’ve come up with an idea of using mustard to make creamy dressing for my coleslaw.
1.Combine all the ingredients well.
