375 g of wheat flour plus a little extra for rolling
Mix the flour, yeast, sugar and salt together.
Come gradually the fluid in the flour mixture little by little (use a food mixer if you have one). When all the liquid is in, and the dough is well stirred until it is elastic and delicious, you cover it and let it rise for an hour, or until doubled in size.
Put some flour on the table and pour out the dough and knead the chocolate in. Roll the dough out into a rectangle. Then divide the dough into some strips. Stack the 6 strips on top of each other and cut them into squares and get in the baking tin. Melt the other 20 ml of butter. Brush the surface with it.
Heat the oven to 160 degrees C convection or 180 degrees C ordinary oven 10 minutes before the bread is finished raising.
