  • 200 g of durum flour
  • 375 g of wheat flour plus a little extra for rolling
  • 1 tsp of active dry yeast
  • 3 tbsp of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 350 ml of milk
  • 50 ml of melted butter + 20 ml of melted butter for later

Mix the flour, yeast, sugar and salt together.

Come gradually the fluid in the flour mixture little by little (use a food mixer if you have one). When all the liquid is in, and the dough is well stirred until it is elastic and delicious, you cover it and let it rise for an hour, or until doubled in size.

Heat the oven to 160 degrees C convection or 180 degrees C ordinary oven 10 minutes before the bread is finished raising.
