Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 t. B.P.
- 1/2 t. soda
- 1 1/2 c. mashed, ripe bananas (3 medium)
- 2 T. skim milk
- 1 c. all-bran extra fiber cereal
- 1/3 c. margarine, softened
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. coarsley chopped nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Stir together flour, B.P. and soda. Set aside.
In small bowl, stir together bananas, milk and all-bran. Let stand about 5 minutes or until cereal is softened.
In large bowl, combine margarine and sugar until well blended. Add eggs. Beat well. Mix in cereal mixture. Stir in flour mixture. Fold in nuts. Spread batter evenly in 9X5X3 inch loaf pan coated wiwth Pam.
Bake 350* about 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool completely before slicing.
