Ingredients
- 12 oz bow tie pasta
- 8 oz ground beef (or any other meat desired)
- 3 Italian sausage links - about 8 oz - casings removed and crumbled
- 4 cups pasta sauce
- 1/2 cup red wine or water
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes or more to taste
- 1 cup shredded Italian 6 cheese blend
- 2 Tbs Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; reserve. Heat same pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and sausage, cook, stirring occasionally to break up into pieces, until meat is no longer pink, about 10 minutes.
Add sauce, wine and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
Bring sauce to boil; reduce heat to low. Cover, cook 10 minutes to blend flavors. Stir in reserved pasta; cook 1 minute or until heated through.
Remove from heat. Stir in shredded cheese and Parmesan. Top with dollops of ricotta and sprinkle with parsley
