Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 C sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 C flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 C sour cream
  • 1 C chopped walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • Cinnamon to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Grease and flour pan(s). Cream the first 4 ingredients, add the next 4, add sour cream.

Spoon 1/2 batter into pan, then 1/2 topping. Spoon remaining batter, then remaining topping.

Bake at 350 deg for 55-60 minutes. Do not pre-heat oven.

Pans - use 1 bundt pan, 2 lg oblong, or 4 sm oblong pans
