Ingredients

1 German chocolate cake
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 big container whipped topping
1 bag Heathbar chips

Preparation

Step 1

Bake a German chocolate cake. Let it cool about 3-5 minutes before poking holes on top (all the way through)…can use the small end of a wooden spoon. Pour sweetened condensed milk into holes. Let the cake cool completely. Spread whipped topping on top and cover with Heathbar chips. (can use any kind of candy)
