  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • Hot cooked rice

Step 1

1. Combine chicken, butter, green onion, mushrooms, soup, celery, soy sauce and cashews in the CROCK-POT® slow cooker.

2. Cover; cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours, or on HIGH for 4 to 6 hours or until done. Serve over rice.
