Christina's Triple Citrus Teriyaki Wings

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup minced fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
- 10 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup toasted sesame oil
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 3/4 cup lime juice
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chopped scallion
- 3 LB. Chicken wings or drumettes
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds

Step 1
Marinade:
In blender or Cuisinart, pulse soy sauce, ginger, cilantro, garlic, vinegar, honey, sesame oil and citrus juices until well combined. Place in large mixing bowl & add chopped scallion and stir into marinade.
Place wings in a container small enough so that the wings are completely covered with marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
Preheat oven to 350*. Drain the wings of all excess marinade, setting aside 1 cup for basting, and place in baking pan. Bake 45 minutes or until a deep mahogany color. Baste wings about 15 minutes before they’re done. Bake a little longer if you like them crispier.
This is a low fat appetizer that is perfect for any occasion. The citrus, honey & ginger caramelize to form a glaze to seal in the natural juices.
