Ingredients
- 1 lb pork hocks
- 8 cups water
- 1 pkg (450g) yellow split peas
- 3 leaks
- 3 celery stalks
- 1 cup celery tops
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Simmer pork and water for 2 hours.
Remove meat and add peas, simmer for another 30 minutes.
Ad remaining ingredients and simmer another 30 minutes..
