1 7-inch sheet of matzo
olive oil spray
1/3 cup tomato sauce
4 mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Spray olive oil on matzo. Spread with tomato sauce. Spread mushrooms over sauce Top with as much cheese as desired. Broil in oven or toaster oven until cheese is melted.
