.75 oz Oloroso sherry
.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
.75 oz Ginger Syrup*
1 tsp Orange-ginger marmalade
3 to 4 dashes The Dead Rabbit Orinoco Bitters

How to make the McGlashan Cocktail

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
