Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Tilapia Fillets
- 1/2 C Dijon Mustard
- 1/3 C Olive oil
- 1/3 C White wine
- 3 TBS Lemon juice
- 2 TBS snipped fresh basil
- 2 TBS snipped fresh chives
- 1 TBS minced shallots

Preparation
Step 1
Rinse fillets; pat dry with paper towels. Arrange in glass baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients exept basil springs; pour over fillets, turning to coat. Refrigerate, covered, 1 hour. Heat broiler. Arrange fillets on lightly oiled broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat until fish flakes easily with a fork. (5 to 7 minutes.)
