  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. melted butter or 1 stick
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 3/4 c. gf bisquick



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

Whisk eggs and brown sugar until light and creamy.
Stir in bisquick until well combined. The dough will have a very thick batter -like consistency.
Cover and chill for 15 mins.
Drop by level tbsp on baking sheet, wet your finger and smooth the cookie top of lumps and bumps.
Bake fir 13-15 mins until golden brown around edges.
