- 1/3 cup blood orange juice
- 1 tablespoon minced shallots
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
