Ingredients
- Time: 20 minutes
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Salt and ground black pepper.

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients except salt and pepper in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
2. Taste and adjust seasoning. Use immediately or cool, cover and refrigerate for up to a week; reheat before serving.
Yield: 2 cups, 8 or more servings.
