Steak with Chimichurri sauce

Ingredients
- 5 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp water
- 5 cloved garlic peeled and minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c fresh parsley finely chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
- 1 piece flank steak

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk the vinegar , water, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano together. Continue whisking as you add the oil. Stir in the parsley and cilantro. Adjust seasoning for taste.
Put the steak in a shallow baking dish and pour 1/3 of the sauce over the steak. Refrigerate the remaining sauce. Coat the meat evenly and marinate for at least 30 min up to 8 hours.
Cook steak on grill and top with remaining sauce
