  • 2 cups dried bulgur
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 bag frozen peas
  • 1 large jar chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 large bag fresh spinach
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • fresh ground pepper
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Boil water and pour over bulgur; cover and steam for 20 minutes. Drain off excess water.

Place cooked bulgur in slow cooker on low. Add sun-dried tomatoes with oil. Add fresh spinach. Stir and cover to steam spinach.

Cook frozen peas according to package directions. Add to bulgur mixture. Add vinegar, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder to taste. Cover and slow cook on low until ready to serve.
