Ingredients
- Egg Noodles
- 1 tsp & 1 Tbsp oil - divided
- 10 oz. boneless chicken cut into 1/2" strips
- 2 C sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 C sliced red onion
- 1 C chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 3 Tbls sour cream
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Pan fry chicken until golder brown in 2 tsp oil. Remove from pan
In same pan with 2 tsp oil cook mushrooms & onions until liquid is evaporated.
In s small bowl blend flour and broth. Pour in pan with onion & mushrooms; bring to boil. R
Reduce heat simmer 10 min stiring frequently. Stir in reserved chicken - simmer 5 minutes
Stir in sour cream, vinegar and pepper.
Server over egg noodles.
