Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) salad greens
- 1 cup California ripe olives or Greek olives
- 3 plum tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 medium cucumber, peeled, cut into wedges
- Greek Dressing (recipe below) or
- 2/3 cup Italian Dressing
- 1 pkg, (4 oz.) Crumbled Feta Cheese
- GREEK DRESSING
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (1 lemon, squeezed)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
- MIX oil, juice, garlic and seasonings.

Step 1
TOSS greens, olives, tomatoes, onion and cucumber with dressing, Spoon onto serving platter. SPRINKLE with cheese.
