Ingredients

  • 5 cups warm water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup gluten flour
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup millet
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup flax
  • 4-5 course ground wheat flour
  • 5-6 cup unbleached flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp yeast ( add to first cup of flour)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and knead for 10 minutes

Let rise 30 minutes, punch down and let rise again.

Shape into pans and rise.

Bake @ 350* for 45 minutes
