Ingredients
- 5 cups warm water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup gluten flour
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup millet
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup flax
- 4-5 course ground wheat flour
- 5-6 cup unbleached flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp yeast ( add to first cup of flour)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix and knead for 10 minutes
Let rise 30 minutes, punch down and let rise again.
Shape into pans and rise.
Bake @ 350* for 45 minutes
