Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cans mexican style chili beans
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag corn chips
  • taco seasoning
  • avocado
  • sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Wash and cut lettuce and tomatoes. Crush chips and place in bottom of large bowl. Next add lettuce and tomatoes. Top with cheese.
Cook meat thoroughly, add beans and taco seasoning and simmer slowly. When meat and beans are heated pour over salad to melt cheese and toss.
Serve with sour cream and avocado as desired.
