Ingredients
- 1/2 LB linguine
- 3 TBL olive oil
- 2 med garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 tsp (packed) finely grated lemon peel
- 2 TBL chopped fresh Italian parsley
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Cook linguine in lg. pot of boiling
salted water until tender but still
firm to bite, stirring occassionally
drain, reserving 1 C pasta cooking liquid
meanwhile, hat olive oil in lg. skillet
over med heat
add garlic - saute until golden - abt
1 min
add grated lemon peel to skillet & cook
20 seconds
remove skillet from heat
add linguine to skillet w/ garlic & lemon
peel
return skillet to med. heat -
mix in parsley
add 1/2C pasta cooking liquid & lemon
juice
season w/ S & P
toss until heated through, adding more
cooking liquid to moisten if dry
