ORANGE VINAIGRETTE GARDEN SALAD 0 Picture

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 t. dry mustard
  • 1 t. paprika
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 4 T. or more freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 3 T. white vinegar
  • 3 T. onion, minced
  • 1 T. orange zest, grated
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • Salad:
  • 12-14 c. mixed salad greens
  • 2 medium avocdos, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 1 1/2 c. red seedless grapes
  • 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 small red onion,sliced and separated into rings
  • 1 rib celery, chopped
  • 4 t. sesame seeds, toasted (or 3/4 c. toasted pecans)
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Directions:
  • ●Blend together ingredients for dressing; set aside.
  • ●Mix greens with other salad ingredients and chill. Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and mix well.
