ORANGE VINAIGRETTE GARDEN SALAD

Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 t. dry mustard
- 1 t. paprika
- 1/2 t. salt
- 4 T. or more freshly squeezed orange juice
- 3 T. white vinegar
- 3 T. onion, minced
- 1 T. orange zest, grated
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- Salad:
- 12-14 c. mixed salad greens
- 2 medium avocdos, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 1 1/2 c. red seedless grapes
- 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 small red onion,sliced and separated into rings
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 4 t. sesame seeds, toasted (or 3/4 c. toasted pecans)
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
- Directions:
- ●Blend together ingredients for dressing; set aside.
- ●Mix greens with other salad ingredients and chill. Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and mix well.
