Ingredients
- Directions:
- 4 egg whites
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/4 t. cream of tarter
- 3 c. powdered sugar
- ●Combine egg whites, cream of tartar and 2 T. sugar and beat for 3 minutes. Add more sugar and continue beating whites; repeat steps until all of the sugar is incorporated.
- ●Add vanilla. Beat mixture until a knife makes a clear cut in frosting.
