Shrimp or chicken with Bean Sprouts/Snow Peas

Ingredients
- 4 chicken-breast halves, skinned, boned, and cut into bite-size pieces or 12-16 oz. cooked shrimp--no tails
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2 T. vegetable oil
- 1 green pepper(red okay too), cut into 1/4 inch strips
- 2 c. fresh bean sprouts
- 1 small head bok choy, chopped
- 1 c. snow peas, strings removed
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 2 t. soy sauce
- Sesame seeds, toasted(optional for chicken)

Step 1
Combine green pepper, bean sprouts for shrimp. For chicken, combine wine, and 1/2 t. salt. Let stand about 20 minutes.
Heat oil in wok and stir-fry peppers, beans sprouts for about 2 minutes. Push aside in wok. Stir fry pea pods 1-2 minutes until their green color intensifies. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until heated, then add the sheery and soy sauce. For chicken, add the wine mixture to chicken and stir-fry 3-4 minutes, until chicken is done.
Garnish chicken dish with sesame seeds.
