Ingredients
- 2 egg whites (at room temperature)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 ts mint flavoring
- 6 oz Chocolate bits
- Green coloring

Step 1
Line cookie sheet with parchment or silpat.
Whip egg whites, add sugar, and mint. Fold in chocolate bits.
Pipe or scoop onto paper
Bake at 225 until dry. Do not brown.
To help prevent browning, put foil on the top oven shelf.
