Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 sm onion minced
  • 1/2 C fine dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 C hot water
  • 2 bouilon cubes
  • 1 Tbsp worchestershire sauce
  • *garlic powder
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 can milk

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water (some with meat and some with soup mix)
Mix crumbs, seasoning, and beaten egg with meat.
Shape into 8 patties and put in fry pan and brown Cover pan
Beat milk with cream soup
Add more seasoning to soup mix
pour over and bake another 15 min
