Swan House Quiche

The tea room that I work for makes a quiche that is "to-die-for"! It is complimented by the guests all the time. I finally got the recipe and of course, for a family, halved the recipe.**This is a crustless quiche.

Ingredients
- 24 (12) eggs
- 1 C (1/2 C) milk
- 4 C (2 C) cottage cheese
- 1 C (1/2 C) flour
- 2 tsp. (1 tsp.) baking powder
- 1 tsp. (1/2 tsp.) seasoned salt
- 7 C (3.5 C) cheese
- 1 C (1/2) C butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
1. Beat eggs, mix in milk, cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, seasoned salt, cheese and butter.
2. Bake for 15 min. at 400. Reduce to 350 and bake another 15 min. (May have to lengthen baking time until quiche is solid and golden around the edges)
