Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder, (optional, I prefer without)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the ingredients. Boil 2 liters water. Put the dough in a spaetzle press and drop into the boiling water. Scoop them up when they raise to the surface of the water.

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet, saute the spaetzle. Serve as once with a bit butter grated parmesan(optional).
