Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• 6 tbso cocoa
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 cup oil
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup sour milk (1 tbsp vinegar & reg. milk)

Preparation

Step 1

Sift first 5 ingredients together.

Cream shortening, eggs, vanilla and sugar.

Add dry ingredients to wet alternating with milk

Blend thoroughly and add warm water.

Bake @ 350*
40-50 minutes
